Now we are looking for:
ITSM Solution Consultants to join Efecte’s Swedish Professional Services customer implementation team in Stockholm, Kista.

As a potential candidate you have a proven track record of implementing Service Management solutions and a technical background with process consultancy experience. You will be responsible for delivering and configuring Efecte’s products based Service Management solutions for our Swedish customers.

To be successful in the role, you recognize yourself in the following skills;

  • Have basic understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL
  • Experience working in software implementation projects as a technical implementer and as a workshop leader 
  • Ambition to deliver always value with quality and never lose the sight of the big picture
  • Experience in working with IT service management software like BMC, CA, ServiceNow is an advantage, or experience working with applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics or similar 
  • Technical skills to operate and manage Windows/Linux servers and SQL are an advantage
  • Scripting skills (e.g. Python) are an advantage
  • Be native Swedish speaker, and have good skills in spoken and written English
