Job decription and responsibilities
As KAM, you are the company's representative throughout the business relationship. You are responsible for both commercial and technical issues towards your customers, following the sales process from sales through offer to final agreement and subsequent customer care and sales. The work includes both the development of existing business relationships and certain processing of new customers. In the role of KAM, you will be responsible for our local team in Oskarshamn and at the same time lead a team of sellers located in the US, Europe and Asia operating within your Key Accounts.
The sales organization within the company is global and you work with colleagues around the world. Your focus is on a number of large customers and markets where you have overall responsibility for your own customer base. Customers are predominantly world-leading manufacturers of industrial power electronics for uninterruptible power supply and operate in many industries such as manufacturing, oil / gas industry, power supply and passenger transport. In your role as KAM, you and the colleagues in your team work with strategies and action plans to develop the company’s business offer and customer base.
You should have a college or university education and experience in technical sales work in an industrial environment. To succeed in this role, you should have had the opportunity to work in an international environment within B2B. You have a technical interest and the ability and willingness to understand the customer's real needs. As a person, you have very good ability to create trustworthy relationships based on professionalism and long-term business. You are communicative and have a prestige less mindset with the ability to interact in a multicultural and international environment.
We presume that you see trips in the service as a natural part of your work and communicate unhindered in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing. Knowledge of additional modern languages is meritorious.
