Area Sales Manager

Your Tasks                                                                  

  • External sales, customer care, customer advice, customer retention
  • Coordinating sales activities in the sales territories
  • Preparing and releasing quotations
  • Customer acquisition and complaints processing
  • Defining and coordinating the customer structure
  • Preparing sales budgets
  • Active shaping of marketing presence / implementing marketing strategies
  • Presenting the product range and advising customers, planners, architects, tendering authorities and designers.

Our Requirements

  • Degree in business studies or similar commercial education
  • Experience of selling and of working as a sales representative
  • Good English skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills, SAP skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as communication skills
  • Confident and professional appearance, negotiation skills
  • Independent working, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, willingness to travel

You also have a background within wood and flooring, construction materials or similar, for at least 4-6 years in a sales oriented role, preferable as KAM or Sales Manager.To be successful in this role, you need to have a very “businessman” like attitude and to work very marketing oriented but also a knowledge in  how to market products to retailers and in store, e.g. how to attract the end consumers.

You also need to be fluent in Swedish and master English at a very high level both orally and written. If you master German that is extra meritorious.
