Elekta is now looking to strengthen the Global Compliance Function with an additional Corporate Compliance & Integrity Officer, a position where you can make a difference and join a team in a truly global environment. Elekta´s Compliance function is responsible for Compliance with high-risk legal areas, business ethics, sustainability and enterprise risk management. The Compliance Department is a central function currently consisting of 11 strong individuals spread around major locations across the world reporting directly to the Chief Compliance and Integrity Officer in the Stockholm HQ.
Together with the Chief Compliance and Integrity Officer and the rest of the team you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the Compliance program to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with Elekta´s internal policies and guidelines, including, but not limited to, the Elekta Global Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, Reporting Violations Policy, local laws and regulations. In a strong and coordinated team you will be providing advice on all aspects of Elekta´s compliance and sustainability matters but with a focus on activities within the anti-corruption and business ethic program implemented worldwide, i.e. in all our geographical locations.

You will report to Chief Compliance and Integrity Officer. The Compliance Department works as an independent function but has its organizational affiliation within the Legal Department.
You have a Swedish or foreign academic diploma, followed by 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably from a larger international company. You are fluent in English but Swedish is not a requirement. A background where the you have worked in a similar role with anti-corruption, risk and business ethics in combination with good knowledge about competition and export control are likely the perfect fit for the position.
